The Orlando Real is a media brand focused on everything happening in and around Orlando from theme parks and local restaurants to neighborhood news, real estate, and lifestyle content. The Pozek Group is the real estate company behind it, helping people buy and sell homes across Central Florida.
Together, they form a hybrid operation where content and community drive connection and business. The media brings people in, builds trust, and delivers value. The real estate side serves the needs of those looking to make a move whether that’s across town or across the country.
I serve as the Marketing Director for both brands, overseeing all things content, strategy, and creative. Over the past 4 years I built the marketing department from the ground up, now leading a team of eight across video production, social media, design, paid ads, and more. From planning and scripting videos to appearing on camera and driving performance through analytics, I guide the entire process to keep both brands growing, aligned, and impactful.
Social Performance
At The Orlando Real and The Pozek Group, I’ve led the charge in building one of the most engaged real estate-focused media brands in Central Florida. What started as a small content effort has evolved into a high-performing social engine that now reaches over 20 million people every month.
Across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and more, we’ve grown to over 350,000 followers and generate 300,000+ interactions monthly and that’s just on our main Instagram account. Every reel, podcast clip, carousel, or community update we post is backed by strategy, tracked through live KPIs, and designed to spark real engagement, not just vanity numbers.
From breaking news and live content to market analysis and neighborhood stories, our media isn’t just seen, it’s shared, saved, and acted on. I oversee the entire system from content planning and creative direction to analytics, optimization, and growth strategy, ensuring our content not only performs, but drives meaningful business results.
Video Content
Video is at the core of everything we do at The Orlando Real and The Pozek Group. From short-form clips to long-form explainers and weekly live shows, our content is built to inform, entertain, and convert.
I lead the full video pipeline, developing ideas, scripting, appearing on camera, directing production, and optimizing for performance. While I now manage a team to help scale our output, I started as the sole producer of all content and still have the skills to create everything myself from start to finish.
Our goal is to create content about Orlando for people who live here and for those who want to. At the top of the funnel, we reach millions each month with videos about local food, theme parks, and things to do. As viewers move deeper, we guide them into high-value content around neighborhoods, community insights, and real estate, building trust that turns engagement into leads.
Backed by data and driven by storytelling, our videos don’t just get views. They build brand, drive results, and help people connect with the place they want to call home.

graphic design
From social posts and YouTube thumbnails to postcards, billboards, and full campaign packages, I oversee the visual direction for both The Orlando Real and The Pozek Group. While I manage our in-house designer, I’m fully capable of creating graphics myself and often jump into Photoshop to build out branding, layout concepts, or design pieces when speed and vision matter most. Everything we put out is intentional, consistent, and built to stop the scroll.

Live production
Our weekly live stream is one of the most dynamic pieces of content we produce, and I built the entire operation from the ground up. I designed and assembled the custom streaming PC, ran cabling through walls, set up all mics, cameras, lights, and software, and created a reliable, professional-grade system for high-quality live broadcasting.
Each week, I handle show prep including research, notes, and curated questions to keep the conversation flowing. I also co-host and direct the live stream in real time, balancing content delivery, audience engagement, and technical execution. Because we cut so many high-performing short clips from each stream, it’s become a core driver of our social content and reach across platforms.
From concept to broadcast, I manage the full production to ensure each episode delivers value and keeps our audience coming back.

Newsletter
I oversee the strategy, writing, and design for our twice-weekly newsletter, which now reaches over 37,000 subscribers. Each send is built to inform, engage, and drive traffic to our site, covering everything from Orlando events and development news to housing market updates and featured listings.
I handle layout planning, subject lines, copywriting, performance tracking, and overall list growth strategy. Whether we’re building awareness or capturing leads, the newsletter serves as a consistent, high-value touchpoint that keeps our audience connected to both the brand and the market.
Website building
The website is our central hub built to inform, attract, and convert. Early on, we made the strategic decision to merge The Orlando Real and The Pozek Group into a single platform using a company that specializes in high-performance real estate sites. The goal was to create a seamless experience where content and listings work together and it’s paid off, with over 260,000 visitors in 2024 alone.
I was deeply involved in the design and structure of the current site, helping shape how users navigate, engage, and ultimately enter our lead funnel. I regularly design pages, publish blog content, and manage updates to keep everything fresh, strategic, and aligned with both brands. I also have just enough coding experience to make custom tweaks and edits when needed, helping keep things agile and moving.
From an article about a new restaurant to a neighborhood deep-dive, every page is built with intent. Listings are placed contextually, CTAs are thoughtfully positioned, and the flow encourages visitors to explore, engage, and sign up. It’s content-first, real estate-backed, and built to scale.

Digital Ads
While our content drives massive organic reach, paid ads help us stay consistent, scale lead flow, and support our sales team. I personally manage all of our Meta and Google Ads campaigns, handling everything from strategy and audience targeting to creative, copy, and performance optimization. I manage close to $15,000 per month in ad spend, ensuring every dollar is aligned with business goals and lead performance.
Most of our campaigns are lead generation-focused, with occasional top-of-funnel brand awareness ads that drive users into deeper engagement. We also run ads to promote newsletter signups and nurture longer-term audience relationships. Cost per lead varies depending on the platform—Meta campaigns can generate leads for under $1, while Google leads typically fall between $13–$17.
We regularly test and refine through A/B campaigns, and use Zapier automations and Manychat sequences to streamline follow-up and increase conversion. Some campaigns target local buyers and sellers, while others are geo-targeted to out-of-state markets known for relocating to Orlando.
Ads aren’t our foundation—they’re our accelerator. We build trust and attention through organic content, then use paid media to guide the right people toward action, based on how they’re already engaging with what we create.
Building my Team
When I started, I was the entire marketing department. As I scaled the company’s marketing efforts and content output, I built a full in-house team from the ground up—now eight people strong, each playing a key role in keeping the content engine running and aligned with our business goals:
3 Videographers who create both short-form and long-form content across our brands, covering real estate, lifestyle, and local Orlando stories
1 Short-Form Editor who cuts down our weekly live show into short form clips for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
1 Designer who handles all physical and digital creative, including postcards, thumbnails, ads, and branded assets
1 Social Media Manager who oversees publishing, scheduling, community management, and overall content output
1 Ads Manager who drives lead flow through Meta and Google campaigns across both the real estate and media sides of the business
1 Photographer who facilitates all listing photography and captures on-brand imagery for web, social, and marketing needs
I’ve hired every person on the team myself, not just based on skill, but on mindset and the ability to grow in a fast-moving, content-heavy environment. Because I’ve done every role in the department at some point, I lead with a real understanding of what each position takes. I manage from the inside out—balancing high standards with hands-on support.
Day to day, I focus on making sure our team is aligned, creative, and moving efficiently. Whether it's campaign planning, content reviews, or one-on-ones, I keep the direction clear and the feedback honest. What I’m most proud of is how well the team works together. Everyone has their own strengths, but we operate like a unit—and we move fast without sacrificing quality.
